Dr. Patel did his residency at St. Joseph Mercy–Oakland in Pontiac, MI. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and earned his MBA from Boston University in Health Care Management.

Autumn holds a B.S. in Microbiology (UF) and an M.S. in PA Studies (Barry University). She specializes in asthma, allergies, COPD management, and women’s health.

With 26+ years in practice, Tony is Air Force trained (UNMC grad) and has served Lake City for 17 years.

Danny brings 20 years of experience—from Fire/EMS to trauma nursing—to family practice. He holds an M.S. in Nursing/Family NP from Purdue Global.

Mary has been a UF-educated, board-certified Family NP since 1997 (RN since 1986). Interests: Women’s Health, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, CKD, Acid Reflux, Urinary Incontinence, SCI & MS. Avid Gator (and sometimes FSU) fan, always Michigan.

Honors grad from FIU in Family Practice APRN. Interests: Cardiology, Diabetes & Family Health. Volunteers at Shepherd’s Hands Free Clinic. Loves travel, skiing & horseback riding.
