Dr. Minesh Patel did his residency at St.Joseph Mercy – Oakland in Pontiac,MI. Dr. Minesh Patel is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He received his MBA from Boston University with concentration in Health Care Management.
Danny Thornton, APRN
Danny has 20 years experience in medicine ranging from Fire/EMS, ER nursing, Trauma Nursing, and now Family Practice. He’s been in the Lake City area since 2015. A graduate from Purdue Global University with his Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Mary Goddeyne, APRN
Mary has been a University of Florida educated and board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 1997, after working as a RN since 1986. Her special interests are Women’s Health, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Acid Reflux, Urinary Incontinence, Spinal Cord Injury, and Multiple Sclerosis. She’s an avid Gator fan and an FSU fan (when not playing the Gators), and she’s always a Michigan fan!
Autumn Wood PA-C
Autumn Wood graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006 from Barry University. Her special interests include Asthma/Allergies, COPD management and Women’s Health. She lives in Gainesville with her husband and young son and enjoys fishing, reading and cooking.

Tony brings over 26 years of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, and Dermatology experience to the group. Shelley Perry, APRN
Shelley went to Florida International University for her Family Practice APRN which she finished with honors. Her areas of clinical interest include cardiology Diabetes and family health and has been practicing in Primary Care for many years in North Florida. She is a member of St. James Episcopal Church where she volunteers her free time at the Shepard’s Hands Free Clinic. Shelley enjoys traveling, skiing, and horseback riding.
